We’ve been out and about a bit more than we normally do and ever since moving to Tasmania I’ve been quietly spying on all of the local businesses that we engage with. I recently learned that there are close to 40,000 small businesses in Tasmania and the majority of them employ less than 20 people. So we’re definitely surrounded by small businesses here.
That’s why I thought it would be great to talk about marketing for service providers and local businesses, because they often market themselves in different ways to people who only operate online.
Mind you, a lot of businesses now operate online, even if they’re local. So these 5 strategies are pretty much applicable to any business, especially if you have a physical location.
